Description Presenting Symptom: Roth spots. Pathology: Retinal hemorrhage. Clinical: The patient was an 18-year old male with fever, hemosiderosis, glomerulonephritis and anemia interpreted as representing Goodpasture's syndrome. The fundi showed numerous splinter hemorrhages with central white dots characteristic of Roth spots. Disease/ Diagnosis: Goodpasture Syndrome
