Description Presenting Symptom: Cotton wool spots with exudate. Pathology: Retinal hemorrhage. Clinical: The patient was a 43-year old male who presented with massive cerebral hemorrhage and a blood pressure of 220/150. The fundi showed conspicuous narrowing of arteries, extensive hemorrhages, cotton wool spots, exudate, papilledema and diffuse edema of the entire retina. Disease/ Diagnosis: Hypertensive retinopathy
