Description Presenting Symptom: Papilledema with exudate. Pathology: Hyperemia. Clinical: A 37-year old male with a 3-week history of hematuria. Previous history significant for hypertension with present blood pressure measured at 240/140. The fundi showed swelling of disc margins with congestion of the small papillary and peripapillary vessels, narrowing of all retinal arteries, multiple cotton wool spots, flame-shaped hemorrhages and exudate. Disease/ Diagnosis: Hypertensive retinopathy
