Description A 34 year old male with episodes that began in 1971. A flashing sensation mainly in left eye previously diagnosed as ocular migraine and hypoglycemia. A CT scan performed in 1975 revealed vascular anomaly in the right occipital lobe. Treatment: right occipital lobectomy. Disease/ Diagnosis: Intracranial arteriovenous malformation.
