Imaging: MRI, T-1 axial with contrast. Pair with Images 97_33, 97_34, and 97_36. Anatomy: Clivus, Sixth nerve. Pathology: Sixth nerve palsy; Chordoma. Disease/Diagnosis: Chordoma.
