The caption is: "Sentinels". The photograph in the bottom left corner is of a leafless tree on the grounds of the Uintah High School that is covered in snow. The photograph in the bottom right corner is of the seminary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the winter. There is a large stone plate over the door that reads: "Vernal L. D. S. Seminary 1921".
