UHS Home Economics Club

These photographs were taken for the 1941-1942 edition of the Uintah High School Yearbook. They are located on page 42. The photograph in the top right corner is of some students from the Home Economics Club. From left to right: unidentified girl, unidentified girl, unidentified girl, unidentified girl, and an unidentified girl. The photograph in the center of the page and justified to the right is of some of the girls from the Home Economics club. Most likely they are the student officers and advisers. In no particular order: Barbara Kolb (secretary), Jennis Weeks (president), Mathel Merkley (vice-president), Velda Wilkins (banquet manager), June Bateman (adviser) and Florence Hurst (adviser). The photograph in the bottom right corner is of some of the students in the home economics club. The 32 girls in this photo are unidentified.
