The facility would house a diverse population of 150 individuals for stays of three to six months. It would offer the following as basic facilities and/or services: 1) overnight sleeping accommodations and a daytime drop-in facility that is welcoming, easily accessible, and undemanding; 2) facilities for personal hygiene and health; 3) amenities such as kitchen, infirmary, and laundry facilities; 4) chapel ; and 5) a sense of privacy and dignity.
