Kellogg's grandmother Enda McKeachnie (right) witnessed it. Kip Kellogg is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Merwin Kellogg and was in the sixth grade at the time. Edna McKeachnie (Kellogg's grandmother) was the oldest rider in the bike-a-thon.
