George E. Johnstun received many awards at the Salt Lake City garden show at the Salt Palace. The three gold bowls represent the highest award for "best of show". The ribbons include, from left to right, special award ribbon for an arrangement of roadside material; two first places for wood arrangements; Award of Distinction for roadside material first award, and sweepstakes for the most ribbons in the Men's Division. Three other ribbons were won for crafts and lamps. |
