Sophomore Emma Christensen highlighted the first day for the Utes with a seventh-place finish in the 3,000-meter race. Christensen finished with a time of 10:46.27. Following behind Christensen was freshman Astrid Lindgren who placed eighth with a time of 11:04.48. In the 400-meter hurdles, freshman Rachel Whipple placed 10th with a time of 1:05.29 while sophomore Brooke Martin finished in 16th with a time of 1:08.87. Senior Mesa Weidle competed in the 800-meter race where she finished in eighth with a time of 2:24.07. Junior Lauren McCluskey closed things out for the Utes in the high jump where she placed 18th with a height of 5'1.75" (1.57m). |
