| Description |
The Lapoint road from Maeser is nearing completion as 2.3 miles of construction reshapes the difficult Horseshoe Dugway portion. L.A. Young Construction Co. of Springville won the $161,000 contract. The road will be resurfaced with specially treated native asphalt from the county quarry on Asphalt Ridge. More major work is contemplated for bidding by this fall, with the availability of $500,000 in federal aid and county road funds. |
