Description These signs protest police brutality against People of Color across United States and Salt Lake City posted on the Salt Lake City County Building and benches. Many signs are pertaining to the case of Bernardo Palacos Carbajal who was shot in the back more than 30 times by Salt Lake City Police Department which ended his life. These two signs read "Mayor, what happened to is fingers????" in response to Palacios Carbajal's injures due to his extensive bullet wounds.
