Description Impaired ganglion cell function occurred in multiple sclerosis (MS) regardless of optic neuritis, indicating generalized subclinical ganglion cell dysfunction in cross-sectional studies (Jiang, et al. NANOS 2019, JNO in press). The goal was to determine retinal ganglion cell function in patients with MS in the two-year follow-up.
