Description We sought to differentiate patients with arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AAION) from patients with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) and age-matched normal eyes during the acute and post-treatment stages of giant cell arteritis by non-invasive quantification of choroidal and optic nerve blood flow using laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG).
