Description Oculomotor nerve palsies in a pediatric population have a wide range of etiologies, most commonly congenital and traumatic.1 Partial oculomotor palsies represent 60% of all oculomotor nerve palsies in pediatric patients.1 However, reports of pediatric oculomotor division palsies of an autoimmune etiology are rare.2 Here, we describe two cases of isolated pediatric oculomotor division palsies, one superior and one inferior, of an autoimmune etiology.
