Description Neurovascular cross-compression (NVCC) of the vestibulocochlear nerve (CN-VIII) is thought to cause brief episodes of vertigo termed vestibular paroxysmia. We report a case of a patient with NVCC of CN-VIII who presented with frequent brief attacks of oscillopsia and non-pulsatile tinnitus without vertigo.
