Description Perioperative vision loss (POVL) is a complicated process associated with multiple factors including prone positioning, anemia, and vascular anatomy (1). Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) typically affects obese women of childbearing age and is characterized by increased intracranial pressure of unknown origin (2). We present a case of an IIH-suspect who developed rapidly progressive bilateral painless vision loss after undergoing fat transfer surgery to her buttocks.
