Dr. Allen started his carreer as the Ute Tribe physician and then moved to Vernal three years later to set up his own practice. He was a doctor and surgeon for over 40 years. He was a cowboy and participated with the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo. Dr. Allen died May 9, 2015. |
