Access and Belonging: Centering on Social Class in the Need for Campus Inclusion

Dr. Rivera is a professor at Queen's College in New York City. In this lecture, he discusses college access in the context of social class and in the lives of first-generation college students. His research focuses on cultural competency development, and issues impacting the marginalization and health of people of color and sexual minorities.
