Description Video head impulse test (vHIT) is a new and brief testing, which able to assess the overt and covert refixation saccades and measure the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) gain of each semicircular canal. To date, the characteristics of video head impulse test (vHIT) in acute cerebellar stroke have not been clearly established. We sought to find out the abnormal patterns of vHIT indices of all six semicircular canals in posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) stroke.
