Description The purpose of this project is to introduce the idea of establishing intercity passenger rail routes operated by Amtrak within Utah that would run on existing Union Pacific tracks. These routes would connect Salt Lake City north to Logan, southwest to Cedar City, and southeast to Grand Junction. Dedicated connecting buses wou ld connect from Cedar City to Saint George and from Green River to Moab.
