Description Eyelid apraxia following cerebral infarction has been reported in the literature. This sequela is rare, and its management remains undefined. We present a case of bilateral complete eyelid apraxia and blepharospasm after bilateral paramedian mesencephalic stroke successfully treated with botulinum A toxin injection.
