Description Dural Lymphomas (DL) are a rare type of primary CNS lymphoma, with typical pathology consistent with marginal zone B cell lymphoma (MZL)2. The most common presenting symptoms of DL are seizures (41%), headaches (33%) and cranial nerve palsies (30%)1. We present a case of dural lymphoma causing intracranial hypertension due to critical stenosis of the superior sagittal sinus.
