Description This is the area at the Dinosaur Monument where men dumped the overburden over the hill. It was pulled in carts on the tracks at the top of the hill. The overburden was removed from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
