Description The FERA men at the Dinosaur Monument were stationed there to remove overburden to prepare for a future quarry. Explosives are in the boxes. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
