Description Men gather rocks and possibly fossils from a hill at the Dinosaur Monument. The men from the FERA camp are there to remove the overburden from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
