Description Men from the FERA camp carry rocks off a hillside at the Dinosaur Monument. The rocks may have fossils in them. The men are working to remove the overburden in preparation for a quarry. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
