Description Tools are seen at the work site at the Dinosaur Monument. Rock and fossils were removed by a group of FERA men. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
