Description Men from the FERA camp take time out of their work to enjoy some entertainment. The cooks are shown to the right. Men from a FERA camp excavate an area at the Dinosaur Monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. They are there to remove the overburden from the quarry area.
