Description Men from a FERA camp stationed at Dinosaur Monument work to remove overburden from the quarry area. The tracks were used to haul the rocks and overburden in carts. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
