Description Looking toward the fossil bearing sandrock carrying dinosaur bones. Upper horizontal level is the bottom of the quarry floor left by Dr. Earl Douglass. The men from the FERA camp used the tracks to pull carts of overburden from the area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
