Men from the FERA camp work to remove the overburden from the quarry area at the Dinosaur Monument. They prepare to carry the wheels to a cart up a hill to bring down the cart of rock and overburden. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. |
