Description Community Physician Group providers experience burnout and decreased wellness as a result of work being done at home, after hours, and on weekends. With the help of Value Engineering, our goal is to improve clinic workflow during office hours, making clinic more efficient, and freeing up provider time to complete charting during office hours, thereby decreasing time spent working after hours.
