Description Address: 1010 East 700 South, Salt Lake City. Formerly the Emigration Ward LDS Chapel, whose original building was built in 1910. Replaced in 1951. When the LDS Church closed it, they sold it to the Assemblies of God. It was called "Christian Life Center, Assembly of God" in a 1990 Polk Directory, but renamed before 2000.
