Description Optic nerve involvement in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is rare and typically occurs late. We present a case of an otherwise healthy 52-year-old man who developed optic disc edema and a branch retinal artery occlusion (BRAO). Further workup confirmed the diagnosis of CLL with CNS involvement.
