Description Fort Duchesen became the gathering place for more than thirtythousand people from all parts of eastern Utah for the seventeenth annual Uintah Basin Industrial Convention and Indian Fair. Indian exhibits, agriculture products, livestock and poultry were on display along arts, crafts and 4-H exhibits. Meetings were held on land and water conservation and agriculture benefits for the Uintah Basin land owners. Entertainement and activities were available for the entire family.
