Charley Shumway accepted employment at the Vernal Rexall Drug (91 West Main). In the early 1960's he opened his own store, Shumway Pharmacy (434 West Main).; In 1974, he sold his store to the Skaggs/Ossco drugstore chain and was hired as the pharmacy manager. He retired in 1986 from that store. The Skaggs store was located at 280 West Main. |
