Description An opinion presented to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers by the Nevada Fish and Wildlife Office concerning the issuance of a Section 404 permit under the Clean Water Act of 1972 as amended for the Coyote Springs Investment, LLC (CSI) residential development project in Coyote Spring Valley, Clark County, Nevada. This biological opinion will evaluate the effects of the proposed action on the threatened desert tortoise (Gopherus agassizii)(Mojave population) and its designated critical habitat, and the endagered Moapa dace (Moapa coriacea) in accordance with section 7 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act) (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
