Note Two pronghorns were in the vicinity of each other, and each made a similar sound as they were leaving the area; recorded at approximately 11:00 AM near a colony of white-tailed prairie dogs; recorded using a Telinga Stereo DAT Pro 6 parabolic microphone to a Sound Devices 722 recorder at a 44.1 kHz/24 bit sampling rate
