Content Description +/-

This collection consists of budget proposals and drafts of Westminster College of Salt Lake City for the academic years 1986-1996.

The earliest record in the collection is a memorandum dated March 11, 1986, headed "Westminster College of Salt Lake City" written from Stephen R. Morgan, Executive Vice President regarding the 1986-1987 budget, and sent to members of the Board of Trustees. He submits to them the proposed budget reviewed by the Finance & Budget Committee and the Executive Committee, with their recommendation that the proposed budget be approved as drafted. In the same file (Box 1, Folder 1) is the document "Westminster College of Salt Lake City, 1986-1987 Proposed Budget, Board of Trustees, March 13, 1986".

Several annual proposed budgets in the following years are marked "Confidential". Some first and second drafts of budgets for the years 1989-1995 have the name "Craig Green" and in one case "Richard Wunder" on the title pages. It is not clear if they authored the drafts or perhaps compiled the contents for an internal committee.

Gaps in the collection: There are no draft or proposals for the 1991-1992 academic year; there are no final proposals (only drafts) for the years 1987-1988, and 1989-1990.
