The Treasurer of Westminster College (Salt Lake City, Utah) is an officer of the Board of Trustees.

Parke M. Pontz held this office from 1921-1954.

Ralph S. Gunn succeeded Pontz, serving as Westminster College Treasurer from 1954–1964.

This collection consists of the official annual financial audits and management letters of Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah, and individual college programs by outside accounting firms. The materials were collected by the Treasurer's Office and date from 1970-1992. Such reports were presumably issued annually before and after 1970-1992, but have not been located to add to this collection. It is possible some additional annual audits may have been placed in related collections (listed further below) within the Giovale Library Archives.

The audits dated 1970 and 1971 are authored by "Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Montgomery, Certified Public Accountants, Salt Lake City". From 1973-1992 they are authored by the Salt Lake City branch of the international certified public accounts firm "Coopers & Lybrand".

Gaps in the collection: There are no annual reports within the 1970-1992 date range for the following financial years ending June 30: 1972, 1974-1978, 1981, 1983, 1990-1991.
