James E. "Pete" Petersen was Westminster College's 13th president, holding the office from 1982-1985. From 1985-1995, Charles H. Dick held the office as Westminster's 14th president.

This collection contains the minutes, dating 1982-1990, from the President's Staff and Executive Staff meetings of Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1987, the name of the group changed from the "President's Staff" to the "President's Executive Staff". During the years represented by these minutes, the sitting presidents were James Petersen and Charles Dick.
