Show Mormonism Up-to-Date <br> THE Mormons are the largest, the best organized, the most aggressive and the best located religious cult in the United States. In the intermountain area, including Utah, Southern Idaho and certain other continguous[sic] communities, Mormonism has more members than all other religious bodies combined. <br><br> Membership Increasing <br> The membership of the two Mormon sects-Brighamite and Josephite-is increasing at the rate of from 20,000 to 25,000 members each year. Though their two thousand or more missionaries are bringing in some captives from non-Mormon communities each year, and more than in former days, as both sects have been increasingly aggressive since the great war, the large majority of the additions to the Mormon church are born in captivity and very many of them grow into the cult as their clan rather than as a specifically religious organization.
