A nurse's cap dons her head and she wears wire rimmed glasses. The Miss Piggy doll is dressed in a multi-patterned dark colored dress with dark hair, an agape mouth, and an overly large snout. The photograph is taken in what appears to be a corridor with dark carpet and windows for walls. Apparent through the windows is foliage from either a flower bed or garden. Sunlight filters in through the foliage onto the floor. A ledge protrudes from the windows walls probably serving as a sitting bench.
