Show A group photograph of twenty-eight young women who consisted of the Westminster College girl's glee club of the 1920-1921 academic year. The young women are wearing a variety of dark and light colored blouses, dresses and/or skirts. All the women in the front row wear dark shoes and a few of the women have there heads covered. The group is standing on the enter stairway of Ferry Hall in three semi-structured rows. The ground is splotchy with water in the foreground in front of the group. |

The photograph is in poor condition. It suffers the effects and scars of having been glued to a hard backing and then removed. In consequence the back of the photograph is glue stained. The only handwritten marks are on the back, written in pencil, "1920-21." The rest of the back is plastered with stamps. The first and most discernable is a stamp identifying the college: "WESTMINSTER COLLEGE, 1840 So. 13th East (Edgehill Blvd.) SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH." In the center are three overlapping stamps, two from the same company. The information is very obscure accept for the title of the companies. The most discernable of the three stamps says, "PHOTO ARTS COMPANY, INC 108 SO. MAIN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH." The same stamp appears overlapping slightly to the right. The third stamp says, "SAINSBURY-SIDDOWAY PHOTO CO. Commercial Photographing Kodak Finishing Films Etc. Main Street Salt Lake City Wasatch." The photograph has been removed from a cardboard backing.
