The Western Federation of Watercolor Societies is a collective partnership amongst several Watercolor Societies in the Western United States. Every year this federation sponsors an annual juried exhibition of collage and water-based media. The fortieth annual exhibition was hosted by the West Texas Watercolor Society at the Museum of Texas Tech University. Linda Daly Baker juried the show. The Best of Show Award winner was Pondering by Rene Eisenbart, Watercolor Society of Oregon. The David Gale Memorial Winner was Newport 625 by Linda Rothchild-Ollis, Watercolor Society of Oregon. President of the West Texas Watercolor Society was Annalee Schubert. |
