Description The Western Federation of Watercolor Societies is a collective partnership amongst several Watercolor Societies in the Western United States. Every year this federation sponsors an annual juried exhibition of collage and water-based media. The seventh annual exhibition was hosted by Arizona Watercolor Association at the Pueblo Grand Museum. Maxine Masterfield and Rex Brandt juried the show. The Best of the Show award winner was The History Lesson by Agnes Welsh Eyster, a member of the San Antonio Watercolor Group. The Award of Excellence winner was Inca Wall by Betty Braig, a member of the Arizona Watercolor Association.
