Image of Churndash quilt created in 1920-1950 by Margaret Jones Smith Duke. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Janice Fisher as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. The block's for the quilt were made in the 1920's my Margaret Jane Werret, Williams Jones. She made quilt tops to help support herself, she was window. The quilt was put together in 1950 by her daughter Margaret Jones, Smith Duke, and Granddaughter Janice Duke Fisher. |
