Description Image of 4 Patch Doll quilt created in 1840-1850 by Mary Jane Forsythia Caldwell. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Jeneal R. Tribe Ellis as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Doll quilt was given to Jeneal When she started her doll hospital in Ogden, Utah. She later moved to Logan & reestablished the hospital, the quilt has always been on display among Jeneals antique doll collection. The quilt was over 100 years old when presented to Jeneal along with 5 antique dolls, also form Vivian. Vivian had this quilt as a child they probably belonged her mother.
